What the content is, and is not
The pages here are general information about kitchen renovation work in Sydney's St George area. They are not advice about your particular property, your particular strata scheme or your particular budget, and nothing on the site is a quote.
Where we describe NSW licensing, strata procedure, planning pathways or safety requirements, we do so to help you understand the process. Those rules change, and they apply differently from one property to the next. Verify anything you intend to act on with the relevant authority.
An enquiry commits you to nothing
Sending an enquiry is a request to be contacted about a measure and a quote. It does not create a contract for building work, it does not reserve a place in a schedule, and it does not oblige you to proceed.
Any contract for renovation work is formed directly between you and the licensed builder who issues the quote. We are not a party to that contract and we do not perform the work.
Figures published here
The guide bands and timeframes on the cost page and how a renovation runs are indicative 2026 planning ranges, published to help you budget and plan. They are not offers, not quotes and not promises. Only the itemised written quote issued after an on-site measure binds anyone, and only the builder's contract sets a program.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current. Requirements change and properties differ. Check licensing with NSW Fair Trading, planning matters with Georges River Council or Canterbury-Bankstown Council depending on where your property sits, and strata matters with your owners corporation or strata manager.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website or from reliance on the general information published on it. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
